The property is ~1/2 acre with plenty of parking and is nestled in a quiet protected cove with plenty of room for the family to float, swim, or explore! Home has a private dock with ~4.5 feet of water and is set up with cleats to easily tie your own boat or rental. The home is also within walking distance to the SC&G #4 boat landing and launch to launch your own private boat or jet ski.

The home comes with everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing, amazing vacation.
