Every single member of staff went out of their way to be helpful, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality that made us feel completely at ease. One of the highlights was receiving all-time access to the pool. This was such a treat, especially as The Gainsborough is the only hotel in the UK to offer natural thermal baths. Being able to enjoy them whenever we wished added a magical touch to our stay and made the experience feel truly unique. Overall, The Gainsborough Bath Spa exceeded all expectations.
