“When I reserved my stay for 34 days (I explained this was not a vacation, I was doing an externship for school), I was told the” cottage” was booked for 3 of the 5 weeks, but an art studio was available to rent. I specifically asked to confirm there was a private bathroom, high speed WiFi, and air conditioning. Prior to my arrival I told that she was going to put me in the cottage for 12 days, then move me to the studio. What could I say. The cottage was nice, but the common area was not air...

“We stayed here for President’s weekend Feb 2024. We just wanted a quiet getaway in the mountains for a few days and that’s exactly what we got. The host was easy to communicate with, made it very easy to check in & out, and checked in via text to make sure we were doing ok. Highly recommend staying here. Great time all around.”

“We had a wonderful time, in spite of rain. The cabin was very comfortable and well stocked. It was literally less than a quarter of a mile to the hiking trails. Our dogs were very comfortable as well. One caveat. If you are coming in via RT. 209, do not turn off of Pine Kill Rd onto David Rhodes rd. Apparently GPS thinks you can go through, but it puts you on a dead end road. If you stay on Pine Kill, it will eventually route you the right way.”

“Nice place. Says it sleeps 14. But some of us were on the couch. It doesn't have many place settings. We brought paper dishes and cups which worked out fine. Nice neighborhood.”
