The room we received was dark and weirdly shaped and was not roomy at all. It overlooked the back of the building near a stairwell which didn’t feel safe.

HIGHLY recommend this property! Absolutely beautiful property in the best location for exploring Bologna. 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops, historic sites! We had a very stressful situation, having lost our passports on the train to Bologna. Through extraordinary efforts by both the Hotel Manager and Concierge Julia, our passports were speedily located and we got them back right away! The Manager also upgraded us to a suite which was very luxurious and appreciated after such a scary day. I encourage anyone who is looking for a centrally located luxury hotel in Bologna with exceptional customer service to select this one. You will not be disappointed!

Did not like that the Refrigerator was being used for a mini bar. Did not like that we had to pay for parking. Did not like that we had to ask for ice. Bed was rock hard. Breakfast was great however the available coffee sucked. We were not aware that we could ask for cappuccino or fresh brewed coffee.

Very central and extremely comfortable. Maximo and Veronica were lovely, very friendly and helpful, as were all the ladies downstairs. A young girl delivered some chocolates and cans of water which was great, but she came around at an awkward time when we were showering prior to going out. Consequently we missed her the second night sadly. Perhaps consider a better time to call?
