"Great experience despite our room not being ready at arrival. The concierge kept our bags and walked us up to the bar upstairs and provided drinks for us while we waited for our room. All of the staff were polite, common areas clean and hotel rooms comfy and inviting. We will be staying there again next year on our next visit."

"Big 12 Championship game. Hotel appeared to be full. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was clean. Room was stocked with essentials. Would have preferred a softer bed! Breakfast had a number of choices - it would have been nice to have an option for a soft drink! Appreciated the option to purchase a shuttle trip to AT&T stadium. Overall, an excellent stay."
