The property customer service was great and I guess having your room cleaned must be requested is the new norm. I didn't like how thin thw walls were, we could here our neighbors conversation and hear people walking upstairs.

Stayed here to attend a Rangers game. Alicia, the desk clerk, was extremely helpful and had a bubbly and outgoing personality. I give her a 10/10 for customer service. The clerk at checkout, who never offered his name, was neither helpful nor friendly. We booked a room for 3 guests, but we only had 2 bath towels. Overall, it ww was clean and convenientt to the ball park, especially with it being a stop on

Expedia booked the wrong date and would not change . Check the dates before we booked and was supposed to be 1 week later . Expedia had plenty of time to change to the right date but would not , kept blaming it on the hotel . Called the hotel and they said problem was Expedia .

I had a non smoking room & it smelled so much. I had to spray my perfume & my husbands cologne around the room to take the smell away because i had my child in the room. Went to the pool around 11am & it was dirty! Hairs, leafs & buds in the pool.

We stayed here for 6 nights. On our first night in we opened the pulled out couch and was filled of hair balls and trash. When we let them know they advised someone will come clean and we would receive 25 percent off which was never credited. When I called to speak to the GM they advised there was nothing else they can do. She then hung up on me ending the call. Stay away
