"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

"We got moved to this property by the Expedia relocation team at the last minute. Was an excellent apartment. Unfortunately the internet and smart TV were pretty bad so you may struggle to use streaming services like Disney plus etc to to watch movie and series etc. But apart from the the place was perfect We were a group of four men and we're able to really relax in comfort, eat and drink and enjoy ourselves. "The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. A special shoutout to Allen at reception, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and made check-in seamless. He answered all my questions with a smile and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. At the bar, Belle and Ashwin were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and made the bar feel like a relaxed, welcoming place to unwind after a long day. Their service was top-notch, and their warm personalities really stood out. Overall, a great stay made even better by the amazing team. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Watford! "
