"This is a nice property over all. Just rustic enough. The neighbors are quite close though, and the barking dogs do get bothersome. Aside from the water heater not working the morning of our final stay, and a rather snooty text message from the owners, everything worked as it should. There should definitely be a manual or labels on all the lights. I did not receive the digital manual till the last night of our stay when it was emailed with checkout instructions. "We found this cabin to be spotless and well-stocked! We brought more than we needed such as paper products but previous renters may have left the extra napkins, TP, and paper towels. "The tree house was wonderful and even better than the pictures in the listing. Its a bit outside of town, but the peaceful and beautiful setting can't be beat. Everything was clean and in good order. We were able to relax and barely noticed anyone else. The drive to town wasn't far and we were able to easily get to the bike trails, hikes and beaches. We would definitely stay at the tree house again!"

"Property was clean and neat. Fire pit was great and we enjoyed using it while roasting marshmallows on the cold evenings in early June. BBQ is charcoal not gas, so we did not use it. Kitchen is missing stove so we managed with the toaster oven and hot plate provided. Dining room lighting could be better. Living room was good size with a big tv and lots of viewing options. Bedrooms were good size, clean and comfortable. Andy (host) was very quick to respond to all our questions."

"We had a wonderful stay at Lily Bay Lodge. The location was spectacular with incredible views and access to Lake Michigan. The home was in wonderful condition. It was very clean and well equipped for the 3 adult couples that made up our group. We wouldn't change a thing and are already discussing possible dates for a visit back next year!"

"We loved our stay at the cabin. The host was amazing, clear, consistent communication and the cabin was fully stocked anticipating all our needs. The sheets on the beds were heavenly and the mattered was as well. I loved all the vintage touches and the display of local art. It was perfect balance of style and comfort. Loved the design of the kitchen and when they say fully stocked coffee station they mean it. There were so many wonderful details that it created a truly memorable experience."

"The house was very clean and stocked with the daily essentials like garbage bags, cleaning products and toilet paper so we didn’t have to run to the store which was nice. We really enjoyed the fire pit and it was nice having the bird feeders up so we got to see my different kinds of birds."

The place was very well maintained and they provided tons of wood for us to use per our request! The coffee mugs left for us to keep was such a nice touch! Had a great time. Would 10//10 recommend!"
