Welcome to Paradise! Stay in the amazing Keys and beautiful waterfront home with boat basin for your boat. The property lot is almost an acre with an island point surrounded by sea life. Stunning panoramic water views, sunrise and sunset. Steps away from ocean water. Bring or rent fishing and snorkel gear nearby to fish right off the point and enjoy the underwater scenery! The Space: Captain House has an airy floor plan from living room to kitchen. Sofa bed, smart TV, and relaxing heated massage recliner chair! Dining area with high back chairs. Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, en-suite bath, and a separate entrance. Cozy queen bedroom with smart TV near the second bath. Third bedroom has a trundle bed (full over full and one roll out single bed) with board games for entertainment! Tile and wood thoughout. Awesome fishing quarters for family and friends. Pet friendly! Location: Captain House is located mile marker 28.5 on the Gulf side. Only a 10 - 15 minute boat ride to open waters towards Gulf or Atlantic. No RV hookups, no RV/camper/tent/outdoor accommodations provided (we are not campground zoned). Activities: Enjoy the stunning views of our nearby beaches! Bahia Honda State Park and Beach around 10 minute car ride. Sombrero Beach in Marathon is a 25 minutes drive with iconic beach views! Fort Zachary Taylor Beach in Key West is the westernmost beach and worth the 45 minutes drive. Rent fishing rods and kayaks at Jig's Bait and Tackle in Big Pine Key. Rent boat, snorkel and fishing gear, paddle boards, charters, and specialty cruises at Captain Hooks in Big Pine Key. Walking distance to Kiki's Sandbar Restaurant. Minutes from Little Palm Island and ferry. Only 15 minute boat ride to the famous Looe Key reef for diving/snorkeling. First I will start by saying I only write reviews for the best of the best, or the worst of the worst. My wife and myself had planned a trip with some old high school friends. Upon arrival everyone was more than willing to help, I had adequate parking for my truck and boat (amazingly helpful). The home was beautiful and immaculate, It smelled cleaner than high end hotels we had stayed at! The property was clean and had all the accommodations we needed for our stay. 5 out of 5 stars no question about it! My wife and myself are no strangers to the florida keys and we were blown away! Now everyone who went on the trip are planning on coming back next year and making this a new tradition and we plan on these properties being a part of it from now on! Beautiful home, in a beautiful location, hosted by wonderful and accommodating hosts, and maintained by super helpful group of people. Dont cut yourself short on your next keys vacation, make these lovely properties a part of your dream get away, we know we are and we cannot wait to be back! P.S. Everything at the Captain’s house was as advertised. Easy run out to the Atlantic. The water by the house is on a grass flat so a lot of fun simply snorkeling right out the back door.
