Family of four. Location was really handy for the beach and a short walk to a convenience store. Also close to buses and tram for city center. Air conditioning was excellent and allowed us to keep the room temp low during the August heat. Wifi was also excellent. Kids were able to connect a device to the tv to watch Netflix during our limited downtime.

Comfort: the bed is VERY firm, and the pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. The sofa, which is a bed, is uncomfortable and difficult to sit on.
Noise: the condensor for someone’s air conditioner is just outside the front door, and is very noisy - especially at night. We did not use air conditioner, so it was a mystery. The walls are very thin, and you can hear people’s conversations clearly. There were workmen drilling next door for the first 3 days of our stay.
Area: Ok. Close to buses and there is a great patisserie next door.
Bathroom: good shower
Kitchen: well done, with a coffee machine, dish washer, induction stove, oven and plenty of cooking pots, crockery and cutlery. No clothes washer, but laundrette 5 mins walk away.

Súper bien ubicado. La chica que te entrega las llaves muy atenta. Tuvimos un detalle con el estado del
Baño y la TV y lo arreglaron rapidísimo. Pero no deberían llamarle ni Luxury Hotel Boutique ya que no es ni Luxury, ni boutique ni hotel. Es un departamento y ya, con dos habitaciones de buen tamaño y cama cómoda.
Es un departamento con una gran ubicación dentro de un edificio donde se escucha todo todo lo que sucede en el resto de departamentos, lamentablemente en los otros departamentos había jóvenes que llegaban borrachos y se escuchaban sus ruidos al vomitar así como sus desmanes a altas horas de la madrugada, incluso nos tocó escuchar una gran discusión familiar que tenían en el departamento de al lado el 10.
No hacen aseo ni importa si te quedas un día o una semana, el aseo debes hacerlo tú mismo.
El agua con buena presión y con buen ajuste de temperatura.

"Un endroit incroyable au cœur de la montagne. Le personnel est chaleureux et au petit soin . Le dîner de tapas était délicieux , pareil pour le petit de Jude churros et chocolat !"
