“I went to a Humboldt 30 years ago and chose to stay at the Hotel Arcata while on a recent college tour visit with our son. Stay at the Hotel Arcata for the you-can’t- get- more-central location on the Arcata Plaza and the friendly, helpful staff. Yes, the hotel is old and quirky, but it’s clean and the rooms are large. the hallways are full of really great historic photos of the area and the visitors guide to the area that they have created is really quite exceptional. They do offer muffins and……
