“Our room was clean and I do want to stress that the staff was llvery nice and is doing great job maintaining the place. Our grievances are more towards the management of the hotel. The room we got (can't believe what we paid) should probably be written off and not allowed to have guests in. The sink was not only outdated to the point of looking very unpleasnts, the water was dripping 24/7... More like trickling not dripping. So wasteful. The room was supposed to have a microwave and a fridge……

“IHG has some work to do to get this place they purchased to be up to IHG standards. 1” gap under the door, no soundproof windows, no soft-close door hinges, very loose toilet seat, somebody else’s dirty towel left hanging behind the bathroom door, not a great breakfast…I’m on the road for 200 days a year for work and these are the little things that matter to me. I probably won’t be back.”

“Our room was decorated beautifully. They had the A/C on for us. The bed was outrageously big, cozy, and comfortable! The views from our deck was peaceful and relaxing! The complimentary breakfast exceeded what we had imagined it to be. So, we highly recommend this tucked away, gem!”

“The room was nice and beds comfortable. Facility was clean. Nice TV. Having a restaurant on-site was a bonus to us. We were traveling by motorcycle and really did not want to get back on to find a place to eat. I would give the property a B+ but the breakfast gets a D-. Very substandard to other similar hotels we have stayed in. No eggs or meat other than cold, boiled eggs. Everything except the coffee was jammed into a tiny space. There were people stacked up four deep trying to get to the……

“This is one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever had to stay in. Top to bottom, it is filthy. From the foyer to the stairs, the carpet was disgusting. The shower curtain in the bathroom was brown at the bottom. The room itself was dirty and not cleaned properly at all. Years and years of dirt and dust. Unfortunately Missoula was sold out and we were forced to stay. Absolutely disappointing and dirty. This property is run down and NOT maintained. There is “old” and there is disgusting. Very……

“The whole facility and surroundings were very clean and attractive. The staff very helpful, and when I arrived in my room, I was very sorry I could only staying one night! The kitchenette provided most everything I would have at home, including dishes and cutlery,microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher – plus a comfortable eating space! All this for less than what I usually pay for a hotel room with a bed only!! Next time I will plan on staying much longer!”
