Bra billighotell
Sentralt greit hotell. God frokost. Synes vi hotellet ga god valuta for de 2000,- kr vi bet. for to netter
This is the worst hotel I've stayed in. The room felt dirty and the carpet was sticky, the curtain was hanging off the rail, there was no headboard. There was only about 18" at the side of the bed - not enough room for a bedside table. The en-suite was so small that the hand basin was the smallest available. We didn't even contemplate using the shower. Our room was on the top floor and we had to take our cases up a very steep and narrow staircase as there was no lift. At check in I was asked for my passport and this was scanned, I was told this was a legal requirement. I've since checked and as a British national there is no requirement to take a copy of my passport. As I felt so uneasy about this I felt I had to get a new passport. I was only looking for cheap and cheerful accommodation for a 1 night stay, so I was not expecting much but this was shockingly bad. I would actively discourage any one from staying here.
An inch of dust on light fixtures and windowsills. No a/c had to prop broken window with coat hanger. Left ASAP. Clerk rudely said “not up to American standards”. Unusual odor in room. Would not recommend.
Shower rubbish
Curtains off hooks do not close
Toilet hard to flush
Breakfast good

Small room with small uncomfortable bed. Very dated needing a full refurb HOWEVER the location, price and fact that it comes with a breakfast for the price is amazing for London. Avoid if you want a romantic stay away however if you are just looking for a cheap bed for the night then you can't go wrong.
The accommodation was basic but clean. I was surprised that I did not hear the busy traffic from my room which I have previously experienced in other hotels. The hotel was in an ideal location for my meeting. The breakfast was really nice and the service was very good. I would definitely stay again.

No frills at the Fitzroy
This hotel is clean, comfortable and totally without frills. I am told the English breakfast was good but I missed it. The drawback was the shower as the thermostat wasn’t working so boiling water was a risk. Beds were comfortable and everything seemed clean.

Moderate hotel London
It was a small room with lumpy bed, but was clean and offered tea and coffee making facilities
The hotel was ideally located close to good pubs and resturants which was good as we needed to be close to a clinic in Fitzroy Square while our daughter had an operation and we wanted to be close while she was kept in overnight. it was ideal for us and only 100yds from the clinic and nice places for food.
Breakfast was good and cooked to order.
Basement room. No window. Shower not adjustable and cracked. Very tired and musty room with no redeeming features. TV - no BBC - probably to save on licence fee.
Hotel is pretty basic but for the price it's spot on, especially when you factor in location. Breakfast was very nice and all staff were friendly. We were aloud to check in to our room about 2 hours early at no additional cost. No complaints here.
This was my first stay at Fitzroy. I was skeptical and had low expectations towards the place because of the overall rating and other people's comments. I was pleasantly surprised on arrival and throughout my stay and found the place to be very nice! I booked an en-suite double bedroom for two nights. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was extremely comfy. Both the owner and assistant were very friendly. The location was perfect as it was within a walking distance to both Euston railway station and University of Westminster. I stayed in a different B&B in central London last year, and had a terrible experience, which might be adding to my overall rating of Fitzroy in how pleasantly it surprised me. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to this part of London. I also received a discount for my stay by paying cash on departure, which was a lovely surprise on top of a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for an affordable stay in London in a great, central location and in a quiet area.

Not luxurious but clean and fairly quiet.
Not luxurious but clean and fairly quiet in a good location.
Une petite adresse pratique pour le courts séjours
Pour un week end pourquoi pas. L'accueil est correct. Nous avons passé un bon séjour, si ce n'est les petits soucis d'isolation des fenêtres et les odeurs de cuisines.
