Apartment ideal for a holiday in Lucca, for the good price and for comfort being located 300 meters from the train station and bus stop, and 500 meters from the historic walls, through which you immediately enter the historic center.

Located in a quiet area, on the 2nd floor of a small condominium inhabited by nice people.

In 4-5 minutes on foot you can reach the apartment from the train station very comfortably, even if you have luggage is not a problem.

The apartment has a large living room with a terrace, a large kitchen, a large bedroom with a double bed and another cot, another smaller bedroom with a medium bed, a bathroom with a shower cabin, plus another smaller bathroom adjacent to the kitchen. In addition, if necessary, a sofa bed can be used in the living room. It is equipped with color TV and WiFi internet connection in Super Fiber and unlimited traffic.
So it is also very suitable for a family because it can accommodate up to 5 people, also wanting 6 if there are children.

The external parking is free and you do not have to pay the parking. During the night you can park in the condominium square.

The apartment has been completely renovated in 2015 and tastefully furnished, a mixture of antique and modern, and clean.

It is obviously possible to use the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner, otherwise in the area it is very easy to find bars, restaurants, pizzerias and grocery stores, and the supermarket.

The historic center of Lucca is easily reachable on foot. In fact, the train station is a 5-minute walk, then through the characteristic underpass of the Walls of Lucca you can directly access the Historic Center of the city, starting right from the walls surrounding the city, 4 km of tree-lined avenues for daily walks, then immediately the Duomo and continuing to the other enchanting medieval corners that the city will surely appreciate.

Given the proximity of the railway station, it is an excellent point of support for excursions in the area.

In 20-30 minutes by train or car you can reach Versilia (the sea with the cities of Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, etc.), the historic city of Pisa (Piazza dei Miracoli, Leaning Tower, etc.), the town of Montecatini, famous for its thermal baths, the town of Pinocchio (Collodi) with the puppet park, and extending the route a little (both by car and by train), you can reach the Garfagnana area.
