"My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

"Our stay here was perfect.. staff extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel spotless clean and fresh. Food was amazing .. all facilities such as rooms pool area outdoor seating indoor seating were all amazingly clean modern and was truly a very delightful stay. Would extra highly recommend this hotel super for walking into town too . Can not fault anything"

"The hotel is located very near the autostrade and outside the walled city. Access is easy and direct. Staff were multi lingual and friendly. English was not a problem. Parking is free. Breakfast is served as a buffet and you do need to notify if you intend to partake. It is 13euros. There is a good variety, but it is the same every day. There is an espresso/coffee machine. Nothing available to order. Amenities. There aren’t any (like fitness room or pool). There are meeting rooms up from the lobby. The restaurant isn’t open beyond breakfast and they only offer the buffet. The bar is only open weekdays in the evening. There is a supermarket next door and a McDonald’s around the corner, both easy walking distance. A bit further are a couple of sit-down restaurants and a very good pizzeria. There are more pizzerias here than Starbucks in Seattle! We would stay there again. The lack of amenities isn’t important to us."

"We had only one night here, but we were treated so very kindly. From the front desk to Maria in the restaurant, we would 100% come back. Very nice staff everywhere. Breakfast was more than abundant with fruits, jams, yogurtz, breads, eggs, meats, coffees, juices, cakes and many pastries. We couldnt try everything. Lovely breakfast. The room was spacious with 2nd small room with sofa bed. 2 chairs with table in center. Finishes were outdated, but thats the only negative. Bath was a nice size and good shower. Location was at the wall and an easy walk into shopping and dining areas. Wish we had had at least 2 more days there."

My stay was absolutely amazing and I have been recommending it to everyone I’ve spoken to since returning home. I will definitely be coming back again. The attention to detail was wonderful and I highly recommend anyone to book a stay, especially to visit during Lucca’s summer festival! Thank you again so much!"
