“We were a couple checking in, but there was only one towel and one hand towel in the bathroom. I was able to get one when I went downstairs to requested. But, had we arrived outside of the designated times we would’ve been out of luck, because there was no staff on hand. We also had one duvet comforter(sized for a double bed) and only one pillowcase with one pillow on the king size bed. In the cupboard was another pillow, but there was no extra pillowcase, and there was another double bed, sized……

“Pas de communication, on est restés avec des enfants dans la nuit à attendre bcp de temps, appeler tout les numéros pour avoir les codes d'accès de l'immeuble. Il fallait faire un chkin compliqué sois même. Personne ne parle anglais. Pas de l'eau chaude. À fuir ! C'est la première fois qu'on a eu cette mauvaise expérience avec hôtel.com”
