This is a basic hotel with few bells and whistles. It’s great for a quick stay. We felt safe and our room was comfortable and clean. We drank coffee the next morning and left. The lady that checked us in was great.

Our room size was perfect. Bathroom was way too small. Sink spilled water everywhere. Tub backed up every shower so took showers in over ankle deep water. Room keys never worked. The back stairs were filthy. Could not use key to access to back stairs. We have stayed 4 times and it was never like this. The front desk clerk had to do double duty and breakfast person. They were very nice

We chose this hotel because it has an 8.2 tarting and was a reasonable price on a holiday weekend. We just needed an overnight along the way of our route. I would rate it a 6 or 7. Very small room and cheap finishes

The room had a strong musty smell, and the bedding didn’t feel clean. The bed made my skin itchy, so I couldn’t sleep comfortably. Overall, the room did not feel well-maintained.

Staff was amazing, rooms not so much, bathroom doors broken, lamps broken, phones broken, some phones didn't work, and the halls and lobby like 100°F. Price was really cheap, I had 2 rooms, we had to move one of the rooms due to no hot water in shower. At the end of the day, just a bed to sleep in and hardly that. I would hope some time soon owners decide that their guest and staff deserve a bit more.

I checked into my room when I got there. Walked into it, and there was mold in my first room on the wall. So they moved me to a different room. The second room had red stains all over the bed. So I ended up just leaving not even staying the night. Do not stay here.

This is a terrible hotel that spent too much money on their grass and lobby and none on the rooms. We walked into our room and there was a huge roach in the middle of the bed. The bathroom door was a sliding pocket door with the slide rail ripped off and the door just sitting in the pocket. Room was dirty and sheets stained. Went to the front desk and they put us in a new room. It was no better. Dirty, old receipts from a previous guess laying around and was of hair in the shower. The sliding pocket door in this room did open and close but the locking mechanism was broken out of the door so had a large hole in it. We ended up leaving the grounds and finding somewhere else to go. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever booked at.

When entering the room, the smell of mold was very strong. The bathroom floor was wet and the ceiling had black mold on it. The bathroom fan did not work and the sheets felt damp. The breakfast that was offered was fine other than the coffee which was almost like water. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Parking was kind of odd and you had to kinda guess which way to go other than under the registration canopy. For the price, the room was adequate and the area quiet and the side parking lot well lit. Beds were a little soft for me....but okay. Breakfast was pretty much the standard when a breakfast is provided....scramble eggs, sausage, yogurt, bagels, waffles, juice and sugar packets etc. were well stocked. Coffee was really good!

I booked 2 rooms for family for graduation. I had to switch one room upon arrival because the toilet did not work. While switching rooms my wife accidentally left her curling iron. When checked with staff later in the day we were told it had been thrown away. The second room key did not work until the last day of our stay. We had to stop at the front desk each night to get it working key entry.
