Madison Vacations from $640

Kind people and gracious place!

Lisa is a new innkeeper but she certainly has prepared to be exceptional from the get-go. My husband does not eat eggs; she took the time to prepare a special baked oatmeal for him while the rest of us guests had frittata. Every client was treated as if they were the only people in the inn on a rainy home UVA football game weekend and a full house! She and her mom made time to talk while keeping plates moving and making sure that nothing was out of place. We highly recommend this lovely small inn if you are looking for an exceptional place to stay in Charlottesville!

The property was much larger than expected and included a lake. Our cabin was tucked in the woods off of a one lane paved road, with good parking spaces. We had a few mosquitoes in our cabin, and also a spider that stayed in its upper corner of the bathroom. The beds and pillows in our two bedroom cabin were very comfortable. Most of the channels on the TV were a little out of focus and we were unable to mirror our phones on the TV, even through we had property internet connected. The breakfast in the main lodge was good and reasonably priced. Prices in the General Store were very reasonable compared to typical resorts. Looking forward to another stay at a future date.

This stay was wonderful!!!

The room was clean but upon cleaning the jetted tub as I always do it was very dirty ( maybe the jets ). Also the internet and cable was inactive the entire time so the tv didn’t work, nor could I connect my firestick. It rained all weekend so my stay was very boring but relaxing (I slept)
