Cleanliness and maintenance issues: The air conditioner filter was jammed with at least 1/4 inch of dirt and dust, enough to require 5 minutes of cleaning the tub after washing the filter. The shower head was miserable, with no even spray possible. The electrcal outlet next to the bed was so loose plugs fell out unless braced--or they dangled from the 2 outlets without power or had only dangerous sporadic connection. Very disappointing. They charge a premium rate but have ignored basic maintenance.

Friendly staff

It’s quite A unique and lovely place. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place for ole couples like ourselves. The room is very spacious and clean. However, our towels were raggedy and worn out. They did replace it with new towels, but only when we said something. Climate control is using a remote control with their self contain air conditioners. . And their lighting circuitry is a little funky. I couldn’t understand why the chargers didn’t work for two days. The “free breakfast” is nothing better than a Hampton Inn: they serve the same food and the same actual food day after day. I don’t understand why they charge a $28 a day resort fee because there are no amenities unless they’re charging us for the Hampton Inn breakfast For the rate we paid it was nothing spectacular and I would look for something else for this rate.
