The hotel is looking quite tired and would benefit from a refurbishment. While the room was functional, it didn’t feel as clean as I would have expected, and the shower curtain had an unpleasant smell that suggested it needed replacing. When we checked in, it was clear the hotel was exceptionally busy due to the concerts that weekend. However, when our room wasn’t ready at 3pm, we were simply told that rooms are available from 3pm and that we’d receive an email when it was ready. Unfortunately, that email never arrived. I completely appreciate that busy weekends can cause delays, but a brief apology and a clearer explanation would have gone a long way. We had dinner plans and needed access to the room to get changed, so the communication was a little disappointing.

The staff went above and beyond when I had a personal issue booking a train. All staff, restaurant servers and housekeepers were all very pleasant, helpful and just genuine. We loved the vinyl selection in our room and also the coffee machine.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The Front Desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! They gave special attention to our needs and were accommodating! The location was super walkable to so many restaurants and attractions. Room Service was yummy and the restaurant and bar were great for grabbing a quick bite. Coffee shop right downstairs ! and The gym was clean and well furnished for a great cardio and weight workout.
