The location is great. The Lobby, bar and so on are beyond beautiful. The room was dark and dated, the carpet was dirty. The parking was included at a car park around the corner.

We had high hopes for this hotel and were so excited for it. It is a beautiful place and we booked one night in the woodland sweet. Our phone was broken and in order to call the desk we had to use our cellphones and incur international charges. The food we ordered for breakfast was never delivered— and we had to call on our cellphone again for the lift back up to the main part of the resort. It’s coming to the end of the season for the woodland experience— and we were left feeling forgotten. When we first reported the phone issue— we were told it could be “tricky” because first you hit the talk button then the zero…. The hotel itself is lovely, but the customer service could greatly improve.

We had a great family stay at Carrigaline Court Hotel. The property is beautiful, the staff are lovely and my daughter (1 year old) loved the swimming pool. Overall a great stay :-)

It was a perfect retreat. Very helpful staff. Hope to return
