"The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They made sure an accessible room was available even with an 8 p.m. Check in.The room was the best accessible room I've stayed in. "

"The property is in good shape. But it is a bit dated. Also when they have large contingencies of sports teams being with only one elevator operating. it was extremely frustrating getting to the upper floors. At times it was as much as a 10 plus minute wait. Add to it the staff had to use the elevators to bring towels and cleaning supplies to the floors it was really difficult. I also say that the amenities that the property offers are outstanding. But when you have that many youth attending you can't make use of the pool area when clearly they were past the numbers that the area was designed for. But overall the staff made up for a very trying weekend."
