I was initially very impressed with this hotel. It was exceptionally clean, and the location is perfect if you're attending a concert at the nearby amphitheater. Unfortunately, our stay took a turn at 1:00 a.m. when the HVAC in our room stopped working and began blowing hot air. We called the front desk multiple times with no answer, so my husband went downstairs. He found the front desk employee sitting at the desk while the phone was ringing. He told my husband that he doesn't answer the phone when the hotel is full and that guests must come to the desk if they need anything. After explaining the problem, my husband was told there was nothing the employee could do except check guests in. Only after being asked did he come to the room, confirm the AC was blowing hot air, and then leave without offering a solution. My husband ultimately had to troubleshoot and reset the PTAC unit himself to get the air conditioning working again. At checkout, we asked to speak with the General Manager, who was unavailable. The front desk apologized, said management would contact us that day, and mentioned discussing a possible discount. Six days later, we've received no call or email. I understand that maintenance issues happen, but poor customer service and a lack of follow-up are unacceptable. The hotel is clean and in a great location, but there are several nearby options, including the Hilton Garden Inn, that may provide better service.

The was not the best the view was not great.. I belive they could have given me a better room..

We took our family to celebrate my granddaughter’s 2nd birthday. We bought the birthday package and everything was prepped for us before we arrived. Once there, we did not have to leave. Everything you will need is at the resort. The restaurants were good. However, if you choose to go elsewhere to eat, the mall and many restaurants were just three miles away.
