"We had a brilliant stay in Malcesine. The town is fabulous with lots of great places to eat and good links to other nearby towns. We visited Limone and Riva del Garda by boat and used our hire car to visit Torri del Benaco. The apartment is perfectly located in the centre of the town with great views across the lake. It is also very clean and Stefania is very friendly and helped by taking our bags to the apartment for us on her bike! "

"Lovely apartment. Stefi was fantastic, very quick to reply. They are holiday apartments so not massively well equipped in terms of utensils etc, but adequate. Location is superb Bedrooms have aircon which wasn't advertised but invaluable Pool actually serves another apartment block opposite so can get a bit busy, but not really a problem Would recommend the property but not Vrbo, they are utterly useless and the mark up is huge, contact Stefi directly! "We loved the whole vibe of Hotel Sirmione Terme. It was in an excellent spot, just inside the castle area but not in the middle of the really busy streets. The staff were excellent, apart from one elderly waiter on the special music night who was very rude, brought us the wrong water ( sparkling rather than still) and then proceeded to ignore us for half an hour even though I'd tried to ask him for a wine recommendation - we got up & walked out sadly. The rest of the bar & restaurant staff were friendly and helpful all of the rest of the time. The rooms were spacious - we were travelling with a wheelchair so this was a necessity. The bathroom was well equipped but the shower was a tad small to manoeuvre in. The spa area was lovely. On the whole a great choice. That said, there are virtually no wheelchair accessible taxis in this area so bear that in mind!"
