Okay nice hotel - old style and somewhat worn. Central location and public paid parking just in front. We primarily chose it because of the location. Several good restaurants nearby. Just 300 meters from central station and FlixBus stop
Located on a plazza near shops, restaurants and landmarks, and a short walking distance from the central station.
Room was pretty large with a well appointed bathroom. Staff is very friendly.
The staff was outstanding. They were very friendly and helpful! The included breakfast was incredible. The room was clean and comfortable. I was a single traveler and i felt very safe and comfortable here.
Good hotel, nice staffs, breakfast with good options.
Really good location, next to metro station and downtown.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Early check-in was great. However, the room felt very old and outdated. Constant noise from the streets. The sheets and towels did not smell very clean and the provided hair dryer does close to nothing. Housekeeping was not great. Knocked once before entering the first day when I was in bed before I had a chance to even react. Then on the next day, came in only to take out the trash. Didn't change any of the dirty towels and didn't make the bed either.
First time staying here. Beautiful and well kept hotel. Nice staff and excellent room for the money. Perfect location. The breakfast was a disappointment, though.
The building looks nice from the outside, but the inside needs an upkeep, the room was big, but the furniture was old and dirty. The bathroom had a window that you could see the people from the building across the street and viceversa. The location was very convenient
The bar and breakfast staff were friendly and focused on serving customers. The check-in process was inherently unwelcoming, and the language used was inadequate. The hotel was tarnished by the employee's attitude at the reception during check-in.

The good: Staff were WONDERFUL and really into the spirit of the event I was attending. Everyone was so helpful and personable.
Location is great! The hotel is beautiful and in general very well cared for. Has a great sauna down on the basement level, newly refurbished. There's a lovely bar in the lobby and it seemed to always be staffed, even late at night.
The bad: Breakfast was kind of disappointing. It felt a bit bare-bones compared to other hotel breakfasts in Malmo. None of the hot food was particularly hot, and mostly cold by the time you reached your table. Lovely coffee and tea, but I never could find full-fat milk or cream (I resorted to putting in a dollop of whipped cream intended for the pancakes).
Very well located in nice area which is 5 minutes from the central train station. We got a family superior room as we traveled with my teenage daughter and wanted her to have her to have her own space. The set up was great! Breakfast is fantastic especially for people with dietary restrictions. My daughter is Celiac and she had many options including gluten free pancakes which were made just for her. She loved it!
Room smelled of black mold, really poor service in the reception and the hotel "bar" was a small kiosk that closed very early.
Overall a pity as its a very nice classic building in a great location.
