Much more than what expected. Very nice room(10/10), but no towels, luckily I had one. Hard to get to properly, no signs or directions arrows. GPS took me to a different place. Finally found place. But it was worth the trouble of getting there, Very nice place

This property is a beautiful house with two pools lit up with pretty colors all night and parking for guests. Check in and check-out was fast and simple, Angel was very helpful answering all of our questions. Has an accessible kitchen with a microwave, stove and fridge. Main house has many common places to sit and chat or eat for a while, great place for renting out in a big group. The pools are amazing, especially at night with all the pretty lights and nature all around. The mountaintop is great for sky watching or a morning in with some coffee. There’s this great bakery close by with great breakfast called Atena’s Bakery that’s like 5 minutes away.

They didn't have a towel or soap available for my stay. Then they got the towel. I had to go to my engagement without bathing waiting for a towel and slump. Soap was never available.

Pics are VERY misleading and rooms are VERY overpriced for what they are. Our floors were filthy despite being told they had been cleaned and we were still charged a cleaning fee! Patio view was of a car shop. Room was tiny and sheets were gross. Kitchen is a common area and not private. Kitchen also has no supplies. Don’t stay here if you can avoid it.

The place was not properly clean, it had mold on the pillows, there were spiderwebs and dead bugs everywhere. Poor finish and construction in general. No microwave in the room (had to use microwave from common kitchen area). People were washing cars when we arrived and playing loud music. Did not feel very safe.

The water was too cold and too hot.. could not take a nice shower. The idea behind this is awesome just need some tweaks. The light from the main building was shining through the window. Maybe should have room darkening curtains. Also no water pressure in the toilet. Only one roll of toilet paper for the weekend for two people. The location was good and the room was not bad. Also the wifi was not working. Password was incorrect.

What you see in the pictures is NOT what we got. Our room was dirty and when we finally got in contact with the property manager she fought back saying that we needed to be patient and wait for them to come over and clean it…this was 45 min past the check in time, she said she had no other rooms to offer…so we waited well past our check in time to get in our room. Getting in contact with the property manager was very difficult to begin with, communication was very poor that check in day and she was very unprofessional, we did not feel safe at all. When the housekeeper finally came to clean the room she was dismissive and treated us very poorly, complaining to the person she was with about having to come back to clean the room. The rooms floor, bedsheets and bathroom were dirty, moldy bathroom shower. The walls in the room were unfinished and we had exposed electrical wires, we traveled with small children, that was a big safety concern. The room door wasn’t very secure, there were broken tiles everywhere and the TV wasn’t connected to the internet…we were never given the WiFi code, we had to get the info from another guest (who was also checked into a dirty room.) The room we stayed in had a car shop directly behind it and they played very loud music until 11 pm. We were in Puerto Rico for an extended time, this was our very last night in the island, we stayed at over 17 different places…this was the absolute worse, would never recommend it.

It was peacefully quite area.fresh air .the pool needs maintenance.the room was small .the bathroom was ok,the handle to open the shower was broken.. the AC didn’t had a control so I had to climb in a chair to turn it on/off ..other then that it was fun, the kids enjoy it ..

We arrived late just after 12 am, our reservation was canceled. it was about 30 miles from the airport. the room they had was a trailer house not what you see in the photo. I thought I was on a safari getting there, not good in the middle of the night

Fatal.

Mi estancia fue pesima, el area de la piscina no contaba con sillas y estaba sucia tanto la piscina como sus alrededores., la habitación es un trailer pesimo y cuando entré a la misma habia un lagartijo dentro de la habitación y para colmo me cobrarón de mas por la reservación donde no especificaba nada de otros fees. No lo recomiendo demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen.

Family trip

La estadía estuvo bastante buena, lo único como sugerencia, la habitación deben estar más limpia o parece que hacía mucho tiempo estuvo sin utilizarse. También corregir la salida de agua caliente en bañera. Nunca pudimos graduarla con fría. Aún así disfrutamos y el lugar es muy acogedor y tranquilo.
