All apartments have lift access and feature free Wi-Fi, a private bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette. Guests also have access to a communal co-working space within the building. Each apartment includes a smart TV, dining table, fridge, microwave, stovetop, kettle, toaster, and essential cookware and cutlery — ideal for short and medium-term stays. Towels and complimentary shower toiletries are provided. A washing/dryer is available for this property in the common area on a first arrived/first served basis. Located in Manchester’s vibrant New Cross neighbourhood, the apartments are a short walk from Ancoats, the Northern Quarter, Manchester Victoria Station, and AO Arena — with bars, restaurants, and local culture all within easy reach. Please note that stays over 10 days include a complimentary cleaning every 10 days with fresh linen, towels, and a welcome pack refill. \--- We will be your hosts and we offer guests carefully selected, stylish homes with the professional service of hotel, on call 7 days a week to help. We will welcome you in person when you arrive, help you settle in, and give you a guide to the local area so you can make the most of your stay. The home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens & towels and we provide complimentary cleans and hotel-quality fresh linens & towels for you each week. When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details.
