Condo was much larger than I anticipated and it was very clean. Some parts could use a little revamp but overall the stay was excellent. Host is communicative and pleasant. Thank you!

Perfect!
This ground floor, clean and well appointed apartment was the perfect landing spot for my mother and me for the 10 days we spent in Manhattan. Across the street from Cico Park and nestled among the neighborhoods of West Manhattan, this apartment was convenient and quiet. 5 minutes from campus, great restaurants and shopping, and 10 minutes from downtown. These apartments are older, but charming and well cared for. There is a shared laundry room down the hall from the apartment with 2 free washers and a free industrial dryer! Tara was amazing to work with and incredibly kind and responsive! We loved our stay!

Clean and quiet
Really great place in a quiet apartment complex. The unit was nicely updated with all the right amenities and perfect for my wife and myself plus our daughter exiting the Army. Everything was fully stocked as well, with coffee pods, individual shampoo and conditioner bottles, and soap. The host was easy to work with too. Felt like staying at a relatives house. Also, the parking is right out in front of the unit, which makes loading/unloading really convenient.

Hold to get ahold of Property manager. Not enough blankets, window coverings let in too much light, mold in grout in bathroom, tub didn’t drain and sink faucet leaked. Also showed picture of cozy fire but no supplies or instructions about how to use fireplace.

Great option in Manhattan
This condo is exactly as pictured and described. It is very clean, well maintained and has everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. It is close enough to the K-State football stadium that you can walk if you are heading to a game and avoid the traffic and the expense of parking. Tara is very responsive and easy to connect with.

Getting ready to move
The property is in a great location. It is a very nice setup and we had four of us in the apartment. This is the second time we have stayed in the apartments. There was no drain plugs in the tub and it would be nice to have a shower curtain liner to make it less messy in the bathroom. You do have everything you need, though, in the apartment and there is also a pool which my kids enjoyed a lot. The kitchen is also equipped with what you need. The property manager is very responsive when there are questions.

Great place, accommodating host
We really appreciated this location. It is comfortable and had all the kitchen ware so that we could cook. My daughter brought her dog -- so pet friendly was essential. The host was really accommodating and communicated with us well.

Wonderful apartment
The apartment was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers coming for Discover K-State Day. Plenty of room for all of us to relax. Kitchen was perfect to make some quick meals. The apartment had everything we needed and was well designed and clean

The rental was very nicely decorated and the beds were exceptional. That is a real plus! Bathroom is small which must be why it is not shown in the pics. It would be helpful to have a smaller cabinet with a mirror above in the bedroom so one could put on make up and do hair while other one uses bathroom. Kitchen barely adequate with the amount of glasses, plates etc. Just have to run the dishwasher frequently if you eat there. We had trouble finding the unit--better instructions on which building, door etc. The property manager was very helpful to us!
