This hotel is fairly new so alot of construction is still happening and the road leading to the property is a bit rough. However, the staff is so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious my entire stay and the hotel is very clean, rooms are also spacious. The bed was huge but way too hard for my liking so made it a bit uncomfortable. El lugar es muy bonito, ahora la propiedad está algo descuidada, se observa poco mantenimiento en el mobiliario cercano a la piscina o la terraza y la refrigeradora. Y en cuanto apoyo por medio del chat del app de expedía es nulo, el personal del lugar no atiende por el app, sino solicita que se llame a recepción en horario donde está disponible la recepción, en mi estadía tuve un inconveniente que me costó contactar alguien que me apoyara, finalmente se solventó y fue esperando al personal de la recepción. Ahora el lugar cuenta con una cocina, si en caso no se desea cocinar hay un restaurante que lo sugiero si se bebe alcohol es rápido ahora si es por comida tener paciencia para esperar.

I have never been to a hotel with staff this wonderful. The views are idealic. The restaurant on site was excellent and a good value. We felt at home very quickly. The hotel only has 10 total rooms. We were able to chop it up and meet other guests. A+. Staff always cheerful and helpful! I only have one complaint that is the same at every other hotel I have stayed at around Lake Atitlan. That complaint is the dogs! They are barking all night and here is a disco which can get rather loud. The hotel actually has ear plugs laid out for guests when they checkin.
