Book Maple Park Bed & Breakfast

"Great hotel, nice pool, workout area, fairly friendly staff, very clean, even had room service. Again the room was very clean, which I very much enjoy! I did notice all the "black people" were put on one floor. Intriguing, it didn't too much bother me (just an observation really) as this area is moderately known to be fairly segregated, yes still in 2025. And all of us "blacks" were pleasant and friendly. Maybe I like it better this way over all. Just a heads up, don't be surprised if this happens. Of course if I were to mention it to management. I'd most likely get a " oh that's just a coincidence or we apologize, we didn't intend it". Maybe that's all true, who knows... Either way no need to apologize, it did not make the service or the cleanliness or overall experience any less than 4/5 stars. Maybe it was better that way. Let's be real, America, and particularly the Chicagoland area, still has a problem and sometimes being with people who accept you feels better anyhow. If I may make a suggestion. If you are going to group us all together, remember there are two types of us. The friendly, hard-working, less dramatic bunch and the louder, less desirable, trouble makers. Don't just group us all together, there are different types of all groups of people on the planet. I strayed off topic a bit. Great stay overall! "

"This was one of the best hotel stays I have had in a very long time. The service we received was very personal and the gentleman, at the front desk, when we checked late, in the evening was accommodating and personable. The 4th floor room #424 was clean, and had sufficient towels, soap, etc. for 3 persons. TV and other things in the room were all functional. The room was temperate. The best of all was the continental breakfast. Old fashioned buscuits and gravy, fluffy eggs, sausages, and country potatos, etc.’ etc. The coffee bar was great! It was also nice that everything stayed fresh until 10:30am when they closed. We will definately stay here again!"

"5 stars customer service. The man at front desk (Sunday 08/17/25 4:15 pm)was polite and friendly. He deserves an employee of the month award. The hotel is neat and clean. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great complementary breakfast. We're coming back next time we go to a concert in Arcadia theater. This hotel is highly recommended."
