“This was our 2nd time staying for a conference, and we had an awesome time! It’s surprising how few places there are in Birmingham to stay with an entire group of 8 people with enough bed/room options for mixed company. Very peaceful. Smooth in/out. No nonsense. Will come back!”

“The property is located right at the marina. This made it easy to pull out boat out every night and charge the batteries. The loft is not an option for older people because the stairs are too steep, but perfect for children or young adults who don’t mind crawling up the stairs. I found it kind of cozy and didn’t mind it at all. I have stayed in these tiny homes several times and have always loved it here. I hope to be coming back again soon ”

“It was such a magical get away. Loved the property, the quiet, the peace. Spent a whole day enjoying the canoe and fishing, caught some kitty cats, huge brim, large mouth striped bass, we were gentle and let them go. Enjoyed all the different platforms around the property. The tree house was magical also. And of course James was wonderful. Highly recommended. Next time i hope to enjoy the fire pit, just too hot this time. With the land so wooded didnt realize it was 90 on the water.”

“We state 2 nights for a fishing tournament, good location nice boat ramp and cabin is always clean and well stocked. We have stayed here several times and will come back”
