Good morning.
My stay was okay, but I need to be honest about what I experienced. When it was time for breakfast, I went downstairs and was told the breakfast attendant was “running late” — and that the few muffins on the tray were all that would be put out. That is unacceptable for a hotel that advertises breakfast. The counter was also unclean, which made the situation even worse.
In addition, on November 29th, I witnessed a front-desk staff member speak to an elderly woman with attitude and disrespect, simply because she didn’t want to pour milk from an already-opened container into her cereal. That level of unprofessionalism should not be happening in front of guests.
Would I stay again? I’m honestly unsure. I would absolutely call ahead next time to verify that breakfast is truly provided and that staff are trained in proper customer service.
This feedback needs attention, because guests deserve better than this.
