“For a location with a cleaning fee, you would expect it to be clean upon arrival. It had clearly been “spot” cleaned, but we found stained, dirty sheets, dishes with food still on them and dirty bathrooms. There is an infestation of smallish black spiders in the master bedroom and bathroom. We had no communication from the owners, instead found notes left around the property with instructions. “We loved this cabin near Marion. It’s a short drive away from being right downtown so the location is great. We had some cold weather and it stayed very warm inside. There were meant great items supplied to make us feel right at home and we really enjoyed the rustic decor and quiet surroundings. Highly recommended!”

“This rental was the perfect starting point for some hiking I wanted to do in the area. Mt Rogers (tallest peak in Va) is close by, as are The Channels, which was my focus for this trip. This place can easily host 3-4 people, maybe even 5 if one wants to sleep on the couch. The beds were the best feature, super comfortable, best sleep of my life. You do have to climb up ladders to get to them, they're loft style, but I'd crawl over broken glass to get back to them. There is a sink, a mini fridge……

“After a long day of travel, my wife and I were looking forward to spending some time in the woods, under the stars. However, the entire bus was filthy,(except for the sheets) the place smelled awful...smoky, musty and like the whole barn had lived in it at some point. It was muggy and quite honestly, kinda seemed like a place you might come away with bedbugs or maybe even lice...nothing was mowed or weed whacked, the hammock was moldy and there was dirty dishes sitting on the table outside……
