I most enjoyed the rooftop terrace for meals and watching sunrise and sunset listening to the haunting call to prayer from nearby mosques. Highly recommend. They also have a private hamam and massage on site. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. Nice fireplace at night and breakfast in the morning. Note: like many other riads, it is not accessible by car and if you're taking a taxi from the train station, you'll need to direct the driver to drop you off near Dar El Bacha. From there, it's a short walk through the souk (safe but watch out for the motorcycles!). We enjoyed our stay at this riad. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. Restaurant recommendations were great. The interiors are very nice and the architectural details are charming. Our room was large with high ceilings and grat columns and light fixtures. Sadly, the bed is not very comfortable and the linens felt aged and cheap. The towels are also small and have seen better days. They are air dried on the room so they smell like the smoke from the outside smoke from cooking fires and fires to heat homes. The location is good but I wish they had better signage to first locate it. The breakfast is a very simple continental style set-up. Amazing riad, great location just minutes from Jama fna, lots of good shops and restaurants nearby. Nothing beats being in the old part of a winding medina in Marrakesh, we loved it! The staff is AMAZING! Two young Berber men helped us throughout our stay - we were humbled by their kindness and eagerness to help. My two young children came with us on this trip. While kids can be noisy (especially in a quiet riad where the sound echos), everyone was understanding and gracious during or stay. Abdul was ready to help anytime of the day. Because we stayed for only 2 days, we decided that we'll wake up (very) early on the second day and was surprised to see Abdul already awake and ready to assist us.
