Taxi was there w sign and waiting for us at airport. Staff met at parking area outside Riad to walk us to the Riad which was very comforting because we arrived in the evening and the Medina can be a little confusing to navigate on your own initially. The decor of the Nelia and their other propert the riad signature beautiful and clean. We were welcomed with mint tea and a little introduction of the area with map, they also offer spa dining, and tours. The food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner and we also had privilege of staying at their sister location just a few steps away at the Riyadh signature. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality and excellent service! Roof terrace has plenty of seating and a couple of sunbeds are provided if you want to use them. Rooms welcoming with kettle, tea & coffee and safe. Staff fantastic, they couldn’t have done more and nothing was too much. They helped us plan our itinerary and gave helpful advice on the local area. The hotel is in a great location. Frühstück und auch das Abendessen auf der Dachterrasse waren super ( auch im marrokanischen Stil ). Besonders hervorzuheben ist aber die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals. Ich hatte 2 x Massage bei Hinde, für mich die beste Massage, die ich je hatte ! The aesthetics of it.. the staff is very helpful and welcoming. I would certainly recommend and would stay again. Don’t expect any tv’s in the room .. there is none plus just know it’s a room that is beautifully decorated and that’s it. Came from a long and sweaty journey into this paradise! Fantastic service, great breakfast, excellent location and near a "taxi drop-off point" in the Medina.
