"As we arrived there were 2 men arguing in the entrance which didn’t give us the best first impression. We were then told to come through the men that was arguing into the ‘reception’ which was a very small room with 2 table chairs and paperwork, bed sheets etc everywhere. The room was clean but very very basic. The bed was a small double with the very small, thin and uncomfortable mattress on top along with thin duvet. There was no heating so it was freezing at night.
