"Stunning sea views over the Irish Sea, very clean and in a good area.
The beach is very nice and next street Red Bank Road has so many restaurants and coffees and even a big Sainsbury's.
I will definitely stay here again when I am next time in Blackpool."

"No existent property was a building site as the people had left 3 weeks before hand and left a mess builders were there we had to then find another hotel that took dogs which actually cost us a lot more than the original deal we had. So we are not happy by any means and are still waiting on a refund "

"We had a fabulous weekend, the room was spacious, clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel was utterly amazing, hot food absolutely delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. There's a few marks and scuffs around the place but for what you pay it's incredible value for money. We will absolutely be returning! Only negative for me was there was only a bath, not ideal for washing your hair. A quick trip to Sainsbury for a jug solved that problem."

"Internet was spotty, rooms look brand new but small, very clean, daily cleaning, not happy about having to pay £10 per dsy for parking at the hotel the cost should be in with the price of your stay and apparently because i booked through holiday. Com or any other 3rd party hotel charges £50 per night upto a maximum of £150, for damages which is ring fenced and returned when you leave, i don't know how many days it takes to appear back in my account, which actually put a damper on my break as i was relying on that money. Booking through booking. Com wasn't the problem but i never saw anything when booking regarding car parking charges or damage charges. "

"We stopped here to have a night in blackpool as next day was golf captains trip to herons reach which was near by. Check in was slow as had to queue to check in and the queue was long. Had a couple of cheeky porettis before we could pick up our room keys which wasnt bad or badly priced. Room was clean with a sea view so no complaints at all about the room. I heard some of the other golfers went to their rooms and they hadnt been cleaned but received a free pint in compensation ! Overall a good experience "

"A perfectly located property if you would like to enjoy the town centre and all the Merlin attractions. The walk to the Blackpool tower and its’ neighbouring attractions (about 25 minutes) was very scenic along the seashore.
Janet was extremely welcoming and looked after us very well. The breakfast was perfect and Janet even catered for our vegetarian needs. The room was very clean and the four of us were able to sleep comfortably. The room was serviced every morning too. Great choice!"
