“Staff as always were brilliant. The room was unfortunately the worst I've stayed in whilst at the norbreck small, and noisy from the backs beer barrels or something being moved around late on, and visable pipe work on the side of my sons bed which looked a bit dangerousif hed got out that side in the middles of the night. But the worst thing about the stay is that the hotel had been taken over by a dance competition. The competitors were sprawled all over the place in the communal areas, up……

“The rooms are very run down the shower had more water coming out of the pipework connector than the shower head very difficult to adjust temperature, the sink in the room has hot water on both taps so no cold , the bed was reasonably comfortable and soft , loads of stains on the carpets and walls and dusty. By there website they advertise evening meal but, the reality this does not happen , the rest of the hotel is pretty much run down and needs a lot of work , it a real shame as the position……

“The reception experience was not good. It was advertised as bed and breakfast but when I got there, I was told that I had to pay extra for the breakfast and never saw anyone to cook the breakfast if I wanted one.”

“Very clean and well organised. The room was perfect spotless and the carpets very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovley. Would stay again. Thank you”

“We only did a overnight stay as travelling, room was a lovely size, big comfy bed which we both had an amazing sleep in, only downfalls were some stains on the laminate flooring, the bathroom lock partially came off when attempting to use, a pack of tissues on the side with the hotel logo on it had something stuck to it which was a yellow in colour so they were put back where they were found. The room could have been cleaned a tad better but on a whole comfy night, helpful staff. The honesty……

“Had such a good stay here room was excellent had everything we needed the breakfast was simply fantastic. There is nothing the owners won’t do to make your stay the best it can be so helpful knowledgeable and just very down to earth nice welcoming people. I can’t recommend it enough as you will have to try it for yourself and you won’t be disappointed.”

“Lovely stay at The Brooklyn Hotel. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, very approachable and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, the bed so comfortable and the linen fresh and pristine. The breakfast was delicious catering for all tastes. I would highly recommend this hotel and this is where we will definitely stay on our next visit to Blackpool.”
