“Room Number Eleven: The photo of the room did NOT match reality. The ancient berber carpet smelled like an ashtray and was full of runs and holes. It looked as if someone had punched a hole through the bathroom door with their fist, which did not make us feel safe. One of the shower walls was actually linoleum flooring that had buckled with use and the base of the shower had two thick mats that we refused to step on. “Room and bathroom were adequate in size. Bed was comfortable. Parking right in front of our room was great. Did not like that the room smelled musty, and felt damp, AC/heat controls didn't work correctly, coffee pot was dirty, no filters. Office was supposed to have coffee and breakfast to go at 7am, this service was whenever they felt like opening, people standing outside waiting for coffee/breakfast. Checked out at 7:30am before check out time (11am) and rang the bell twice for service to……
