“Excellent location in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and other shops. Host was kind, helpful and responsive. There is a pool and a gym in the properties that we did not get to use as we did not know how to access them — although was not a priority anyway but it would have been nice to have it described it on the general instructions provided. There are two thermostats that made it a bit confusing to use (maybe remove the old one?) and the bathroom exhaust fan was not working……

“Le studio était vraiment chouette ! Tout était très propre et très moderne, tout comme l’hôtel ! La salle de sport était toute neuve, très bien équipée et ouverte 24h/24 donc vraiment pratique ! Le seul petit « inconvénient » est l’horaire de la piscine … elle n’ouvre seulement à partir de 12h mais le coin reste très agréable ! Aussi bien que l’hôtel soit éloigné du centre-ville, il y a fréquemment des bus pour y aller donc pas de problème là dessus !”

“Great Customer Service. You can connect with them via WhatsApp. Good location as most of the GetYourGuide tours starts from Las Ventas which is on walking distance from the apartment. Metro stop Ventas is also nearby that takes you directly to down town statio Sol.”

“The apartment was smaller than expected but it was big enough and we didn’t spend a lot time inside. It was clean and tidy. The sofa bed and bed were very comfortable. The complex had everything you needed , with a nice pool and was not too far from the marina or other attractions.”
