The room showed visible signs of wear – marked walls, damaged fittings, and carpet with noticeable lumps and divots that suggested poor maintenance underneath. The interior had an overpowering chemical odour that felt more industrial than fresh, and the hallway outside smelt of urine, which was off-putting. Given the overall condition and atmosphere, we decided to cut our stay short rather than endure the remaining nights. In hindsight, we would have been better served spending a bit more on a different property. Shower not particularly clean also and spa appeared to not be available to use. Room was over all rundown.
