"The hotel was in a great location. However it is not easily accessible- we asked about a transfer and that couldn’t be provided. We arrived at 8 at night after a 5 hour ferry and had to bring heavy cases to the hotel on a steep hill with poor lighting. When we arrived there was no one on reception ..."
