"We stayed for 4 nights and everything went excellent. Hotel is clean, modern and service is excellent. Great location, we walked to el zócalo, palacio nacional, la cathedral, torre Latinoamericana and palacio de Bellas Artes. Very walkable. Most of the personal is very nice and polite (some not really, one lady, a waiver at the breakfast was just not happy working there) but other staff was really nice. Definitely we would back to this hotel. "

"Check in process was easy! The room was adequate with comfortable beds, clean linens and an ample bathroom. I loved the proximity to the airport, making it very convenient. The rate was fair, considering I booked last minute. This was my second time staying here and I am very satisfied. "

"Clean hotel with very friendly staff. It's conveniently located within half an hour walk to many attractions.The neighbourhood is safe and walkable, with many restaurants to choose from. We recommended staying at the Brisas Business Club level. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. We also enjoyed the free drinks and snacks at the Plaza Restaurant every evening."
