Upon arrival, there was no explanation to go to the rear entrance and enter the code. I walked in on other guests in the upstairs. They were good (2 men) but this could have been really weird if they were women. They initially thought I was the owner. Eventually they showed me the back entrance through the gate and code worked well etc. I will give the location a plus for what I needed, Quiet neighborhood yet still close for things to do in the immediate area. The place was clean with a remodeled shower. The only drawback was that smoking leaked through the walls. I lived with it, but it would've been an issue for someone allergic or a complete disdain for the smell of smoke.
