"I do have some good things to say about this place, but also some horrible things as well. The shower in the one bathroom the shower knob was broke, so it was impossible to figure out where to stop it for hot water. The other show knob in the bathroom it was so tight we could not turn it so I had to pretty much take a sponge bath from the sink. Then all night and day I could several and I mean several BATS on the ceiling, kept us up all night "

"This is actually a really beautiful property and I would recommend staying here. It didnt get a full 5 stars for the following: No wifi code was given and we had work to do. We were able to use hot spots off cell phones to work, however. We had to message host for code to house, luckily with quick response. Yard is really nice. If you have very little ones or pets, however, you need to watch them in the yard because they can go underneath the deck and into the side yard where there is an old pool with water in it. The rest is fenced off but our dog quickly found his way over to the pool. The hallway bathroom door is warped and very hard to close and so limits privacy. The house could have been cleaner, there were more than average number of dust bunnies and there were old fries sitting on the couch and used k cup in the coffee pot. Nothing so horrible that couldnt be quickly fixed. Now the positives: It is a really nice space, in a really nice neighborhood close to a lot of shops and food. All really nice updated appliances. Beds are comfortable. Master shower is immaculate and beautiful. Big smart t.v living room and master. Nice outdoor seating area. It was really nice for our family of four doggo. Thank you. "

"Convenient. Comfortable. Quaint. Pleasant. Ours was a short stay but the rental had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and rooms attractive. The area was quiet and easy access to main road. Would visit here again. "

"When we got there the place looked abandoned. All furniture was missing! No bed, couch, table ,chair anything. I could not believe you would allow this listing. We could not stay there. We were lucky it was early enough in the evening to find another room. It appears you don't monitor the properties."

"We rented this home. The master bath shower only had boiling hot water with no adjustment, unable to use. Also had hole in the drywall with what looked like mold. The bath towels were moldy and had to wash before use. One towel and one wash per person. The closet doors were broken off the hinges. The deck grill had bees living in it. Minimal dishes and silverware. Front door was not set right so it left gaps at the top, with no seal. This us our first VRBO and not sure of the quality of rentals VRBO offers as I would never stay here again. "

"Was given wrong key code number to unlock front door. Then couldn't reach anyone for help. Never got into the house and had to find another place to stay at the last minute. "
