"We had an amazing stay. The owners are available 24/7 and when we wanted a late arrival it was not a problem we needed more coffee not a problem. We were there over 4th of July weekend and there were fireworks going off all weekend we had a 2 year old and we could not hear a single one. We will definitely be staying there again next year"

"My overnight stay was perfect! Room and bathroom were very clean. Enjoyed it more than staying at a hotel! Although the restaurant didn't have a lot of GF options, everything smelled awesome. I would have given it a try if I didn't have other plans. Will stay here again anytime I am in Rochester!!! "

"Overall, we were happy with our stay. Our room and the property itself was clean. Aside from the person who checked us in every other person we interacted with for staff was great. Person who checked us in didn’t even acknowledge us with the hello or a smile, simply said license and credit card when we were checking in and used that information to confirm my name on the reservation. Assuming she must’ve just been having a bad day. While the TV in our room did work, the screen was pixelated no matter what channel we had it on. Fortunately, we didn’t have a whole lot of time in the room where TV was a priority. While I am mentioning a couple of opportunities, it did not affect my overall stay and I would definitely stay here again just because of the hotels cleanliness."
