"Affordable cabin. Sofa was not a queen sized sofa bed as advertised. Did have some trouble with the front door lock but the host was very helpful. Only a single cup coffee maker. All in all not a bad cabin for the price for a small family or group. "

"We were there for our sons wedding at the incredible Estate at Sweetwater Creek and found this incredible property to rent. And brothers and sisters this place is absolutely stunning. So comfortable. The view from the back porch is gorgeous. I would highly recommend this property.The owner is awesome as well. He responses quickly to any questions and works to make sure your stay is fabulous. And ours was! Oh, and the wedding was fabulous as well. "

"Amazing little gem of a cabin along the French Broad! Completely private setting but just a short drive from town. Stayed there with my 3 boys and was more then enough room for all of us. The kids loved it!Melanie was such a gracious host and gave us all kinds of activitiy ideas for us to do while we were there. She even left tubes for us to use. "It was an okay stay and the property was very clean. The showers were a little dirty and the back one didn’t heat up completely. This is to be expected at a campground, but what I didn’t expect was how worried the staff was about the 5 mph speed limit. Even if we were only going 7 we would still get chased down and told to slow down. This did not seem like a big deal to me and my friends, but apparently we were wrong"
