"The cabin was amazing! We went there early in spring, knowing the water level would be low, but we still found plenty to do. It was clean and well-organized, perfect for any kind of adventure. It was so cool that the host left goodies on the counter, and my sons quickly enjoyed them. The pool table was awesome and gave us the perfect activity to pass the time. Overall, I give this place a 10 out of 10\. If communication is your strong suit, they were texting me the day of to keep us informed about cabin availability."

"Have stayed at this property several times with excellent experiences. However, there was a noticeable difference in this stay. The entire back wall of the shower had been shattered and patched back together with epoxy. A very shabby repair and less than welcoming. Your beds are comfortable; however they were too high for my mother to get in and out off. When I requested a step stool from the desk you would have thought I had four heads. While checking out I needed to speak to someone in person. My elderly mother and I stood at the desk for more than 5 minutes as the attendant and another employee stood talking and laughing loudly about personal issues. Customer service went from very good to nonexistent in the six months from our previous visit. We paid higher than normal rates to visit family - no doubt in part to opening day at the local theme park. We won’t be back. "
