“The cabin was secluded and quiet, lovely location, and a beautiful sunroom. We were two adults and a baby, and a cat. It was clean and well stocked with linens and utensils. Our baby did well as it was kid friendly. Small but compact and everything was in good working order. WiFi was good. It was close to Mine Kill State Park. We enjoyed our stay very much. “We stayed here with our dog while our son was in Cooperstown for baseball. This was everything we wanted. Our hosts were wonderful, the location is beautiful, our stay was comfortable and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The outdoor shower was amazing. We really enjoyed visiting with the animals on the farm. Fantastic experience all around. ”

“Very unique experience in a wonderful locations but a few asterisks.There is no plumbing en suite, which we were aware of, but the bathhouse (clean) is a good 100 yards away. Not ideal for middle-of-the-night wakeups or if your ability to get around is compromised. It got very cold overnight and unfortunately the fireplace would not switch on. The batteries in the remote were probably the culprit, but this didn't help make us any warmer. The staff was very nice and helpful. ”

“I love this place.It was nicely decorated and loved the high ceiling and hot tub. And, morning coffee on the patio. It is in mint condition and beautiful, tastefully done.Gorgeous, and super comfortable, a perfect get away for a couple. This place has it all. ”

“It was a great spot. Quiet and peaceful. There is a short walk from parking to the site, but there’s a wagon to help haul stuff in and out. We heard frogs, owls, fox and coyote. Such beautiful sounds of nature. It rained A LOT during our stay and the tent did not leak at all. It stayed totally dry. “PHENOMENAL!!!! This was our first trip together!! Me and my fiancé stayed here from Monday evening until Wednesday morning. The hosts are very reliable and always available in a timely manner for any questions or concerns we had. very thoughtful setup from the kitchen utensils/dishware, laundry detergent and surprisingly bug sprays and PLENTY of snacks.
