"Our stay at The Monarch was amazing! The house is new and very clean. Set up is perfect for any large groups with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Location is great with it being less than 10 minutes to Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. Pool is a nice feature for any kids staying with you and the general amenities cover everything you would need. We were here for Dreams Parks and stayed with 4 other families and I would highly recommend The Monarch for that purpose. Owners communicated...

The pictures that were advertised were nothing like the reality not to mention what they charged. They need to do major renovations & frankly fix things so that all the "amenities" are working. I would say false advertising and price gouging on this one."

"This house is in a great location. Close to Cooperstown Dreams Park and the town of Milford is lovely. The house itself is super old, which is just fine. It has a lot of character. The listing says No Smoking, so you expect a smoke free space. Every time you walk in the door you get a strong smell of old smoke. It is probably in the carpet and walls. I was disappointed with the cleanliness. There was a big brown spot on a bedroom carpet that the host had to come clean. Hair all over the family...

"This property was perfect for our 2-family vacation. Plenty of room and space for everyone and the views were magnificent! Amos was an outstanding host. We lost power one morning after some storms with the fridges full of groceries and Amos was there within minutes setting up a generator for us! We loved the spacious, well equipped kitchen and great room and really enjoyed the hot tub and firepit- made lasting memories! "
