Our townhome features two fireplaces - one in the Main Living space and one in the Master Bedroom, a roof top deck, perfect for enjoying the iconic red rock views and views of the surrounding La Sal mountains, and a back patio nestled into the natural red rock landscape.

Our townhome is all about its central location which provides ideal access to all of the area attractions - National Parks, mountain biking and hiking trails, OHV trails and one-of-a-kind scenery. This residence features a fully-stocked kitchen, two gas fireplaces, dining room and a roof top deck with amazing views! The back patio is nestled naturally in the red rocks. While climbing is dangerous, get your insta-worthy videos and photos while taking in the natural beauty of the setting :)

Guests will love the southwest style, unique art work, and custom built log furniture featured throughout the townhome. The layout and bed configuration is perfect for two families to share or multiple couples. Each large bedroom has its own dedicated/attached bathroom. That's right, 3 master suites!

The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the 2nd floor patio. Guests have access to a one-car garage and driveway for parking during their stay. While trailers/ATV's are not allowed to be parked in the driveway per the HOA, there is plenty of parking along the curb near the townhome for trailers, extra vehicles and UTV/ATV's.

**Please note this is a two-story unit and stairs must be used to access some of the bedrooms.

PETS: If you are traveling with a furry companion, there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only 1 dog is permitted per HOA rules and the breed must be disclosed before you check in.  Please be responsible and pick up after your pet and take care to follow the pet rules so we can continue to host pets :)
